The popular NY gym chain threw ultimate shade on Kim Kardashian and NBA player, Kris Humphries' short-term marriage. Ouch.

#ThatLean Does she not look like my somebody's drunk aunt at a wedding reception? I think her "new body" needs an alignment.

In preparation for some of the awesome initiatives and project launches I've had the honor of working with (*ahem* and developing) ... It's really time for me to step back; recalibrate my strategy and focus on FINISHING out the weight loss phase of this journey.

I continue to desire a body that is as much of an example as my message. That personal drive, partnered with my passion to facilitate accessibility and empower others to seek better health - will continue to fuel me. Updates will be forthcoming. Thanks for the support!
