LMAO = Laughing My Abs Off


It's said that laughter is good for the soul. That theory also applies to the physical good it does for your contracting abdominal muscles. Merging the two - fitness instructor/founder of the Laugh Your Abs Away series, Kerry Beard, introduced a unique twist to some familiar exercises moves.


Before you ask ... yes, this is a legitimate workout model, with a substantive backing.


While there's usually little that I find funny during my trainings (and would be a little stabby if I heard too much laughter), I got a good chuckle out of this. It also inspired me. I'm currently developing a sneezing workout system. Look out for it this flu/cold season Winter.
