With her August wedding nearing, The View co-host is focusing on life after the nuptials, too. Known for keeping her weight triumphs and struggles in the public eye; her size 2 wedding dress dreams have morphed into wanting to add to her blended family. The 44-year-old revealed to People Magazine that: "I have to lose as much weight as possible for me to be healthy to carry [a baby]." S*&# just got real.



Losing 63 pounds, in two years, Grammy award-winner Jill Scott - no longer gets winded going up nine steps. Lawd, I know what that's like! She shared with US Weekly that watching what she ate and keeping her workouts consistent and diverse, got her to where she is today. Work!


Taking off in April, the craze of planking or the "Lying Down Game," where people took pictures of themselves assuming a straight, stiff form, was huge. The act was a play on the popular abdominal strengthening exercise. Then, like the legend of Juneteenth, some Black folks began to participate a little late. The story, last week, rejuvenated national news outlets and encouraged celebs and common folk to pose in plank form - as best as they could, all over again. Oh, and there's even a ratchet song.
