Convenient, guilt-free and delicious would easily be my consensus of Progresso brand canned soups and it's multitude of varieties. With healthy and filling beans, veggies, grains, and noodles it's a fab component to my weight management journey. I generally grab one for lunch (a corporate girl, whisking away from my desk is a rarity) or for dinner when in chill mode. I love how they don't break my daily calorie bank either ... some with only 100!
