A gum that "compliments" (love that) a sensible diet, and activity program - for weight loss. We've all been schooled on the benefits of chewing gum,to help lower cravings. Added, infused with Green Tea Extract, L-Carnitine & Chromium Picolinate - (natural & naturally-occurring elements that increase & regulate metabolism) Nutra-Trim was something I wanted to try!My favorite is the Berry gum, and my mom was partial to the Spearmint.
