ReplyDeleteHi Bria, I do still count cals for my reference. I don't want to solely rely on the "secret" formula ... I like to see where I am on both sectors ... in the event that WW isn't a direction I continue in one day :)
ReplyDeleteI buy 100 calorie snacks all the time. But I always end up eating 3 at once. Which defeats the purpose! u_U LOL. ~Tash

ReplyDeleteOh okay that's cool. I was just wondering because I wanted to start weight watcher this summer and didn't know if I had to keep track of both that would be too much for me to handle lol. Thanks for replying and for posting your experience. I'm a new reader :)
