- Omitting POP/Soda Completely (even diet)
- 1 Hour of Physical Activity per Day (minimum)
- Consuming 120 oz of Water Daily

S: Yogurt, Grapes (180cals)
L: Turkey on Wheat Bun w/ Cheddar, Lettuce, Lt. Mayo, Sunchips (370cals)
S: Fresh Carrots, Broccoli w/ Ranch Dip (180cals)
D: WW Smart Ones Chicken Parmesan (360cals)
S: SF Choc Pudding (60cals)
Total Calories: 1,420
Water: 110oz
Exercise: Toccara's Fab Workout (30 mins), Jog/Walk outdoors (30mins)
